Refund Policy

Teacher license ($119)

You can get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of purchase and you have not finished Module 1 of the course. "Finished" means you passed the Module 1 quiz. After that, the purchase is final.

School pack ($999 for 10 seats)

Within 14 days of purchase:

• If no seats have been used, you get a full refund.
• If some seats have been used, we refund each unused seat at $99.90 (one tenth of the pack price).

A seat is used once its teacher has started the course or the practice test. Invitations that have not been accepted count as unused; we cancel them before refunding. After 14 days, the purchase is final.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@readyliteracy.com with the email you used at checkout and the purchase date. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to post it.

When a refund ends access

A refunded teacher license ends that teacher's access. Refunded seats are removed from the buyer's account.

Exceptions

If we stop offering the course before your access ends, we refund the unused part, as stated in the Terms of Service. We will also give any refund the law requires.
